摘要
介绍子系统镁合金仪表板横梁的碰撞性能指标的分析方法。通过能量守恒原则制定出仪表板横梁承载的碰撞性能指标,再通过敏感度分析和拓扑方法的FEA优化设计,并结合实物试验来验证设计的可靠性,为汽车碰撞中给子系统制定分解指标提供了思路。
This disquisition was to introduce the method to simplify the complex vehicle crash and break down sub - system impact performance target. To define the Cross Car Beam sub - system impact performance target on energy conservation, and to optimize the design by sensitive analysis and topological method, then to validate the design feasibility by physical test, and a thought to break down sub -system impact target is provided.
