聚氨酯(PU)性能优异并且符合环保要求等特性,用双点法制成的粘合衬布具有使服装骨架软而挺、耐洗、配伍性好、低甲醛、抗静电等功能。免烫衬布剥离强度≥15 N/2.5cm,经150℃焙烘5 min后剥离强度不下降;水洗15次以上不变形、不起泡、不脱胶、电荷密度22-6μC/m以下;甲醛含量≤75×10。应用前景十分广阔。

Polyurethane has excellent properties and fits the ecologist requirements. The adhesive interlining prepared with polyurethane by double point method made the clothing soft and stiffening, tolerating for washing,compatible, low for formaldehyde and anti-static. The peel strength≥10.0 N/2.5 cm × 10 cm for the interlining clothing, didn＇t decrease after curing for 5 min at 150 ℃. The interlining clothing didn＇t have any deformation, foaming, degumming after being washed more than 15 times. The formaldehyde content of the adhesive interlining was ≤75×10^-6, charge density≤2μC/m^2. The polyurethane adhesive interlining has a wide application prospect.
