摘要 成功制备了一种新型快干醇酸敷型涂料。研究了催干剂活性、催干剂用量、溶剂挥发速度以及防结皮剂用量对涂膜干燥速度影响。结果表明,异辛酸钒(Ⅲ)催干效率最高,适宜用量为0.3%;选择挥发度适当的脱芳烃溶剂与异构烷烃配合使用,再添加0.05%的甲乙酮肟时,可获得快干、贮存稳定、性能优异的涂料。 A new fast-drying alkyd conformal coating was prepared successfully. The influence of preparation conditions on the drying speed of coating was investigated, including the activity and dosage driers, the speed of volatile solvent and the anti skinning agent dosage. The results showed that vanadium(Ⅲ) had the highest drying efficiency and its optimal dosage was 0.3%. The fast drying, storage stability, and excellent performance coating were obtained by selecting the volatility appropriate solvent and coordinating with isoalkane, and adding 0.05% methyl ethyl ketoxime.
