用于新型无“鬼影”保护膜乳液压敏胶粘剂的交联体系

Crosslinking systems for pressure sensitive adhesive dispersion formulations for applications of ghosting-free protective films

摘要 以保护膜乳液压敏胶粘剂AcronalDispersion为基础,测试了异氰酸酯类和碳二亚胺交联剂的交联性能以及制备的PE保护膜的初粘性、剥离强度、持粘性以及无鬼影性能,最终确定了含有2%BasonatHW2000或BasonatDS3582交联剂的用于AcronalDispersion的最佳交联体系。 Based on the new Acronal Dispersion of protective film pressure sensitive adhesive, the isocyanate and carbodiimide as crosslinking agents were studied to determine the formulations with the good tack strength, peel strength, shear and non-ghosting performance. Basonat HW2000 or Basonat DS3582 with a dosage of 2% was the optimized crosslinking agent for the Acronal dispersion for applications of the ghosting-free PE protective films.
