摘要
探究了高分子材料导热性能的机理;分析了填料对复合材料导热性能的影响,重点综述了填料的种类、分布状态及其与树脂基体的作用等;简介了导热复合材料工业化应用情况,并对未来理论研究的方向提出建议。
The mechanism of thermal conductivity of polymer materials was explored. The effects of fillers on the thermal conductivity of composites, including the type, distribution state and interaction of thermally conductive fillers and resin matrix, were analyzed. And a brief introduction on the industrial application of composite materials was listed. Finally the recommendations about the future theoretical research direction were presnted.
