摘要
研究了调质热处理工艺对高强度铸钢G35CrNiMo6-6低温冲击性能的影响。通过对不同热处理条件和不同实验温度下材质的力学性能、金相组织、低温冲击性能及冲击断口形貌的试验结果进行对比分析,确定该材质经880℃油淬+630℃回火调质处理,可获得优良的室温综合力学性能和较高的低温冲击韧性。
The influence of quenching and tempering process on the low temperature impact property of the high strength castings G35CrNiMo6-6 was studied. The mechanical performance, metallographic tissue, low temperature impact property and impact fracture morphology of G35CrNiMo6-6 at different heat treatment conditions and different test temperatures were compared and analyzed. The results show that, after oil quenching at 880℃ and tempering at 630, the G35CrNiMo6-6 steel can acquire good comprehensive mechanical properties at room temperature and high impact toughness at low temperature.
