摘要
研究了稀土Er对改良铸造铝硅合金微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Er的加入量为0.25%时,铝硅合金组织由球状基体和极细的共晶体组成,晶间析出相多而细,分布均匀。同时,合金的力学性能最优,抗拉强度为301.7 MPa,硬度为104 HBS,伸长率为7.21%。合金的断裂行为由准解理断裂转变为韧性断裂。
The effect of Er content on microstrucmre and properties of aluminium-silicon alloy was studied by metallurgical microscope, SEM, and tensile tester. The results show that the main microstmctures of the alloy are spherical shape matrix, eutectic composition and fine intergranular precipitates. The tensile strength, hardness and elongation of the alloy are 301.7 MPa, 104 HBS and 7.21%, respectively, when the Er content is 0.25%, which shows the best properties.
