摘要
利用体视显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察点焊结构区域的宏观形貌,以及熔核区和热影响区的微观组织,研究电阻点焊接热处理过程中汽车机械传动部件用TRIP钢的疲劳性能。结果表明,汽车机械传动部件用TRIP钢点焊接头区域的疲劳性能比母材的疲劳性能差很多,疲劳寿命很短。
The fatigue properties of TRIP steel were studied, and the microstructure of the steel was observed by stered microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the fatigue property of mechanical transmission parts in the spot welding joint area of TRIP steel is far worse than that of the parent metal, and its fatigue life is very short.
