拘束状态下焊接工艺对T23钢管焊接接头残余应力的影响

摘要 在拘束和无拘束条件下,采用盲孔法对不同焊速和热处理温度下T23钢管的焊接接头进行残余应力分析。结果表明,外部拘束增加了焊接接头的残余应力。在其他条件相同的情况下,提高焊速有助于减少接头的残余应力。同时,焊后热处理可以有效降低残余应力,T23钢管焊后热处理温度以(740±10)℃最佳。 The blind-hole method was adapted to measure residual stress of T23 steel tube welded joints in the restrained condition under different welding speeds and heat treatment temperatures. The results show that the residual stress of welded joint is increased by external restraint. And the residual stress of the joint is reduced by increasing the welding speed. The best heat treatment temperature of T23 steel tube after welding is (740 ±10)℃.
