摘要
考虑到铸造机自控系统开发周期长,复杂度高等问题,设计了低压铸造过程液面压力和模具温度的监控系统。系统采用LabVIEW开发平台,研究了低压铸造的过程监控框架,对液面压力采集、传输、可视化检测实现进行重点设计。在提供合理的人机监控前提下,该设计方便,构造简单,便于维护和管理。
Considering the problems of long development cycle, high complexity and other in the automation system of die-casting machine, the monitoring system of pessure and mold surface temperature in low pressure die-casting process was designed. With the use of LabVIEW, the monitoring framework of low-pressure casting process was introduced, and the liquid surface pressure signals collection, signals transmission, visual inspection were designed. Under reasonable monitoring, the designed system has the advantages of convenient operation, simple structure, easily maintenance and management.
