套类铜合金砂型铸件的冒口便捷设计方法

摘要 通过研究套类铜合金砂型铸件形状参数与冒口形状参数之间的关系,并综合了经验设计方法和计算机凝固模拟技术各自的优点,给出了套类铜合金砂型铸件立浇时的冒口计算、核算方法,既避免了经验设计方法的不够准确,又避免了凝固模拟技术繁复及耗时的问题,因而具有较强的实用性。对常形套类砂型铸件,给出立浇时的冒口计算、核算方法,既能保证铸件得到充分补缩,又能获得较高的工艺出品率;对于异形套类砂型铸件,可在常形套类铸件计算方法的基础上灵活运用、稍加修正即可,因而该冒口计算、核算方法对异形套类砂型铸件也有指导作用。 The calculating and accounting methods of riser for cover copper alloy sand mould castings were obtained by studying the relationship between casting shape parameters and riser shape parameters and utilizing the advantages of empirical design and computer solidification simulation technology. It can not only avoid the inaccuracy of empirical design, but also avoid the heavy and complicated problems in simulation technical, so it is useful. To common cover casting,giving the methods of riser calculation and accounting in vertical casting can ensure full extend and shrink, and acquire higher technical yield. To allotype cover casting, the methods of riser calculating and accounting are also corrected slightly, it has guiding significance to allotype cover casting.
