摘要
针对铸件在低压铸造过程中产生的气孔、缩松及浇不足的情况,分析了铸件产生缺陷的原因,改变其浇注系统结构,优化铸件排气系统、优化低压铸造参数等工艺措施,成功解决铸件气孔及浇不足缺陷,生产出满足使用要求的铸件。
Aimed at porosity, shrinkage and water shortage situation of ZL205A alloy castings produced in low pressure casting process, the reasons for the casting defects were analyzed. By the measures of changing the gating system structure, optimizing the casting exhaust system, optimizing the process parameters in low pressure casting, the blow hole and misrun defects were successfully solved, the produced castings can meet the requirement.
