摘要
280缸套在生产中由于抗拉强度低,导致合格率仅为50%~55%,为了提高抗拉强度,通过不同试验方案的实施,对化学成分中Cr、Ni、Cu、Mo、Sn等合金元素进行合理搭配,并对冷却速度进行调整,使金相组织得到细化,从而提高了抗拉强度,最终使缸套的合格率提高到了90%。
Due to low tensile strength, the qualified rate of 280 cylinder is only 50%-55% in production. Through different test methods to adjust the chemical composition of Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Sn and so on, and cooling rate, these methods make metallurgical structure thinner, resulte in the improvement of tensile strength. The qualified rate of this cylinder has been improved to 90%.
