通过对信息伦理学的分析介绍,并结合其在医学临床科研中的指导意义从医疗信息利用、临床科研实施以及成果信息推广三个维度进行阐述,并提出相应的发展思路:重视信息伦理学素养养成对医学人才的意义,重视信息伦理学在医学范畴的制度规范,积极完善科研成果管理。

This paper introduced the concept of information ethics,and combined with the guidance for the clinical research use,from medical information using,clinical scientific research and implementation and results information promotion,put forward the corresponding development ideas： stressing the significance of information literacy cultivation of medical talents ethics; paying attention to information ethics in the category of medical system standard; perfecting scientific research achievements management actively.
