摘要
目的分析组织文化特征与医院短期发展的相关关系,并对促进医院发展提出建议。方法采用描述性统计分析和相关性分析法。结果组织文化特征的四个特质分别与总诊疗人次增减呈正相关关系,一致性、适应性与平均每一诊疗人次药费比重增减呈负相关关系。结论加强学术文化建设,加强伦理文化建设,加强制度文化建设,加强环境文化建设,加强品牌文化建设,加强文化宣传工作。
Objective: Survey correlation analysis of organizational cultural characteristics associated with shortterm development of the hospital,and to make recommendations to promote the development of hospital.Method: Use the descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis. Result: There was a positive correlation between the four qualities of organizational cultural characteristics and the total increase or decrease in clinic visits,there was a negative correlation between consistency,adaptability and the average increase or decrease in the proportion of each medication clinic visits. Conclusion: Strengthen academic and cultural construction,strengthen the ethical culture,strengthen the institutional culture,strengthen environmental culture,strengthen the brand culture,strengthen cultural propaganda work.
