关于农村居民对城乡医患信任本质的比较研究——基于北京市H县的实地观察

A Comparative Study on the Essence of Doctor- patient Trust between Urban and Rural Areas from the Perspective of Rural Residents ——Based on the Field Research in H County of Beijing

目的在关系理论分析的基础上,通过实证研究比较农村居民对城乡医患信任程度和医患信任本质。方法对北京市H区相关人员进行实地观察。结果农村居民对乡村医生和城市大医院医生的信任程度高于对乡镇卫生院医生的信任程度。结论村民对医生的医患信任与其熟悉程度有一定的关联,村民对乡村医生的医患信任以情感性信任为主导;村民对城市大医院的医患信任以工具性信任为主导。

Objective： To compare the degree of doctorpatient trust and the essence between urban and rural areas from the perspective of rural residents by comparative study. Methods： Based on the field research to the related personnel in H County of Beijing. Results： The degree of doctorpatient trust between villagelevel and citylevel were high than the townshiplevel from the perspective of rural residents. Conclusion： There were some correlation with familiarity between doctorpatient trust. The trust between village doctors and villages were dominated by affective feature trust. The trust between urban doctors and villages were dominated by tool feature trust.
