摘要
通过对新医改实施中基层医务人员满意度和患者满意度之间相互传导作用的分析,指出实现基层医务人员满意度与患者满意度的双向提升需要强机制、拓渠道,建立以患者满意度为核心的基层医疗机构管理机制,建立以患者满意度为导向的基层医务人员的自我提升机制,建立以基层医务人员满意度为突破的患者认知机制。
This paper investigated the correlation between the satisfaction of the doctors and patients in grasstroots hospitals in the new health care reform. And pointed out the double promotion of the satisfaction of the grassroots medical personnel and the grassroots hospital patients needs to strengthen mechanism and expand channels,establish basic medical institutions management mechanism to the satisfaction of the grassroots hospital patients as a core,establish the selfish promotion mechanism of grassroots medical personnel to the satisfaction,of the grassroots hospital patients as a direction,establish the cognitive mechanism of the grassroots hospital patients to the satisfaction of the grassroots medical personnel as the breakthrough.
