我国医患关系紧张的原因及对策分析

Doctor-patient Relationship Research Trend and Doctor-patient Dispute Reason Analysis

基于万方数据库对研究医患关系的相关文献进行分析,并对文献中涉及的医疗纠纷、医患矛盾的原因进行分析,结果表明造成医患关系恶化的原因是多方面的,主要有来自医护人员、患者及其家属、社会环境以及媒体等多重原因。对此提出了改善医患关系的对策:政府加大投入、优化配置,医院加强文化建设、提高医务人员修养、设置处理医患纠纷的专职部门,媒体要发挥正面引导作用。

Based on Wanfang database,this paper analyzed related literature about the research of doctor-patient relationship and explore the trend of this kind of topic paper,and the documents involved in medical disputes,this paper analyzes the causes of doctor-patient contradiction. Results showed that the causes of the deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship is various comprehensive factors,there are mainly from the medical staff,patients and their families,multiple reasons such as social environment and the media. This puts forward the countermeasures of improving the doctor- patient relationship： the government increasing investment,optimize configuration,strengthen hospital culture construction,improve the medical staff training,set up professional departments dealing with medical disputes,the media should play a positive role in.
