制约我国医学生医患沟通教育的四大瓶颈及其解决对策分析

Four Bottlenecks of Doctor-patient Communication Education in Chinese Medical Students and the Countermeasures

通过对当前我国医患沟通教育存在的四大瓶颈即胜任医患沟通教学的师资及团队严重稀缺,医患沟通教学硬件及机制等环境局限,适应不同层次的医患沟通教育的教材缺乏,医患沟通技能研究匮乏进行分析。并从国家、医学高校、教师三个层面提出了相关的建议与对策。

The current doctor-patient communication education in our country is up to four bottlenecks of doctor-patient communication teaching faculty and team seriously scarce,limited teaching hardware and mechanism of doctor-patient communication environment,to adapt to different levels of doctor-patient communication of the lack of teaching materials,lack of doctor-patient communication skills to study. Suggestions and countermeasures were put forward from three aspects： national,medical colleges and universities as well as teachers.
