男性护理执业人员的职业发展困境与对策研究

Problems and Strategies for the Career Development of Male Nurses

通过对来自哈尔滨、杭州和沧州3地的20名男性护理执业人员进行职业发展困境的调查。困境主要来自于社会传统观念造成的生活和工作压力;护理职业自身社会地位与工作环境现状;男护士缺乏自身职业规划。要解决男护士所面临的职业发展困境,需要社会传统观念的改变和对护理职业认知的提高;临床护理工作要进行科学的分工定位;适当提高护理人员福利待遇;护理教育要更加侧重专业认知和职业风险评估。

This study looked into the career dilemma of 20 male practical nurses from Harbin,Hangzhou,and Cangzhou. The dilemma mainly comes from the stress in work and life created by traditional ideas; the social status of nursing practice and current conditions of working environment; the lack of career planning for male nurses. In order to deal with the career development dilemma male nurses face,the traditional ideas should be changed and the cognition of nursing practice should be improved; the clinical nursing work should be given scientific divisions and positions; the benefits of nurses should be improved appropriately; the nursing education should emphasize more on professional cognition and occupational risk assessment.
