摘要
目的了解护理人员伦理认知情况,探讨其影响因素,为提高护理人员伦理道德素质提供参考。方法采用自行设计的伦理认知问卷,对某三级甲等医院在岗的220名护理人员进行调查,数据正态化后运用多重线性回归分析护理人员伦理认知的影响因素,运用非参数检验方法分析在该因素下的差异性。结果护理人员伦理认知总体水平较高;不同科室的疾病特征不同,护理人员的伦理认知情况不同;护理人员的职称越高,伦理认知程度越好。结论建立理论与实际相结合的伦理教育、建立有特色的伦理行为规范、全面提高对护理伦理的重视程度的伦理养成模式。
Objective: To explore the situation of nursing ethics cognition in nurses,to explore the influence factors and provide a reference for improving the quality of nursing ethics. Method: A self- designed questionnaire was used in 220 nurses. The influence factors were analyzed using multiple linear regressions after data normalization,non- parametric tests were used to analyze difference. Result: The nursing ethics cognition overall level was not high. Nurses in different departments had different cognition on nursing ethics. Nurses with higher professional title had better performance in the cognition of nursing ethics. Conclusion: Nursing ethics education mode should be established by integrating theory with practice,and established with distinctive ethical norms,and with comprehensively attaching importance to nursing ethics.
