护士岗位管理在老年CCU病房应用中的伦理价值分析——以陕西省某三级甲等医院为例 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨护士岗位管理在老年CCU病房中应用的伦理价值效果观察。方法按照原卫生部《关于实施医院护士岗位管理的指导意见》,通过科学设立护理岗位,合理配置护士基数,完善绩效考核制度,加强护士岗位培训,保障合同制护士权益,提高护理伦理道德水准六方面,针对老年CCU病房进行护理工作模式改革及护理管理方式改革。结果规范了护士行为准则,护理服务质量提高了15%,护理伦理道德水准提高了20%,患者满意度提高了10%,护理不良事件及投诉发生率下降了5%。结论实施护理岗位管理调动了护士的工作积极性,稳定了护理队伍,提高了护理质量和护理管理水平。 To explore the nursing ethics value of nurse station management applied in the geriatric CCU wards.Methods: According to the policy of "Guidance for the Implementation of Hospital Nurses Station Management"issued by the Ministry of Health,took the reform in nursing mode and nursing management in geriatric CCU wards,by setting up nursing jobs through science,rational allocation of nurses,improving the system of performance appraisal,strengthening nurses onthejob training,safeguarding the rights and interests of contract nurses and improving nursing ethics level. Results: The application of nurse station management standardized the nurse code of conduct,the quality of nursing service increased by 15%,nursing ethics level increased by 20%,obviously improve the patient satisfaction by 10%,nursing adverse events and the incidence of complaints decreased by 5%. Conclusion: The implement of nurse station management,has greatly mobilized nurses' working enthusiasm and personal comprehensive quality,stabilized nursing troop,improved the nursing quality and management level.
