标准化术前访视及心理干预对择期手术患者心理的影响

The clinical effect of standardized preoperative interview and psychologic intervention on psychology of operative patients

目的探讨标准化术前访视及心理干预对择期手术患者焦虑及术后依从性、满意度的影响,为术前标准化访视的推广提供依据。方法将160名手术患者随机分为对照组和标准化访视组,对照组仅进行常规护理及术前准备,标准化访视组患者在常规术前准备的基础上于术前1天进行标准化术前访视,并进行针对性的心理干预,比较两组患者术前焦虑、术后依从性及对护理满意度的差异。结果两组患者术前基线数据可比,标准化访视组患者术前焦虑及血压、心率的波动低于对照组(P<0.05),经标准化组访视的患者术后对治疗的依从性及对护理工作的满意程度也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标准化术前访视及心理干预可明显改善患者的心理状态,利于患者康复,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective： To study the changes of anxiety,compliance,and nursing satisfaction by standardized preoperative interview and psychologic intervention in operative patients before operation. Methods： 160 operative patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group with 80 cases were underwent routine nursing and preoperative preparation. Standardized preoperative interview group with another 80 cases were intervened by standardized preoperative interview and targeted psychological intervention. The differences of anxiety,compliance,and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results： The scores of anxiety and fluctuation of blood pressure and heart rate were lower in the standardized preoperative interview group（ P〈0. 05）. The increased compliance and nursing satisfaction after operation were observed after standardized preoperative interview and psychologic intervention（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The standardized preoperative interview and targeted psychological intervention can improve the state of psychology in operative patients before operation and should be recommended in clinical treatment.
