摘要
目的分析住院"三无"女精神病人的救治现状,探索其管理办法。方法对2011年1月1日至2013年12月31日某医院收治的40例"三无"女精神病人进行总结分析并采取相应的护理对策。结果 40例"三无"女精神病人中有3例因伴有躯体疾病死亡;2例通过新闻媒体报道后由家人接回;10例由民政局接至养老院;25例仍滞留医院。结论政府应加大资金投入,加快精神卫生防治体系建设,完善法律和现行"三无"精神病人的救助体系等。
Objective： To explore the current treatment situation of female mental patients in hospital,and to explore its management approach. Methods： Our hospital of 40 female mental patients from January 1,2011 to December 31,2013 were analyzed and took corresponding nursing countermeasures. Results： There were 3 cases died because of body disease; 2 cases through the news media reported by the family after take back; 10 cases by the civil affairs bureau to meet to the nursing home; 25 cases still stranded in a hospital. Conclusions： The government should increase financial input,accelerate the construction of mental health prevention and control system,perfect the law and the current 3 without the mental patient assistance system,etc.
