Determination of the Repair Plan about the Large Type Process Gas Screw Compressor Rotor Bending

针对化工厂工艺气体螺杆压缩机组自2007年投用至今,曾多次发生转子弯曲事件,分析认为是维修方法采用不当导致频繁返修。经对各维修工艺研究分析,确立了以更换弯曲端轴为主要修复方式的维修方案,对同类设备故障有参考价值。

Aiming at the process gas screw compressor putting-in-service since 2007 in a chemical plant, the rotors have been bending for several times, based on the analysis, and it was considered that the maintenance method was improper. Analysis on the maintenance process, it is considered that the best maintenance plan will replace the shaft, and it can be referred to the similar machine fault.
