摘要
大学生实践能力的培养是实现应用型人才培养的重要组成部分,对培养学生的实践动手能力以及科技创新能力具有重要的意义.以石家庄学院为例,根据通信专业人才实践能力培养的目标,分析了当前存在的问题.结合专业定位,提出了基于专题实验平台、专项实践教学、专业实践模式三位一体化的培养模式.实际结果表明这是一种内容更加丰富,形式更加灵活,并且牢牢把握与就业接轨的符合专业定位的实践能力培养模式.这一研究结果对于其他工科专业也具有一定的参考价值.
The development of college students practice ability is an essential part of application-oriented talents training. It has great significance for the development of students' practical and scientific innovation abilities. Taking Shijiazhuang University as an example,this paper analyzes existing problems according to the goal of practical ability development of communication talents. Considering major designing,a trinity developing mode is proposed based on the subject experimental platform,special practice teaching and special practice mode. The result shows that this developing mode,with more content and more flexible pattern,is closely related with employment and conforms to the major designing. This research is also of valuable reference to other engineering majors to some extent.
