摘要
在地方高校向应用技术型大学转型过程中,建设一支高效、稳定的"双师型"教师队伍是十分必要的.而建设"双师型"教师队伍要建构适合学校发展的培养体系,辅以有效的激励机制."双师型"教师的培养体系应该根据教师的来源、教师的层次、教师的个人发展诉求来开展,全方位提升"双师型"教师的素质.教师评价与激励机制是辅助性质的教师发展机制,为促进"双师型"教师职业发展提供外在动力,为稳定"双师型"教师队伍提供政策保障.
In the transformation of local colleges to colleges of applied technology,building a high efficient and stable "double-type" teachers system is very necessary.And the construction of "double-type"teachers should be suitable for the cultivation development,supplemented by the effective and incentive mechanism."Double-type" teachers training system should accord with the sources of teachers,teachers' level,teachers' appeal in order to develop their personal development,comprehensively improving the quality of "double-type" teachers.Teacher evaluation and incentive mechanism is a supporting teacher development mechanism,which will offer external power for their professional development and provide them with policy guarantee.
