摘要 目前,中国经济正在迈进"新常态",强调对外贸易均衡发展。中美两国服务贸易的不平衡反映在贸易规模和贸易结构的失衡,这是由于两国服务业增加值在经济中比重和两国人力资本数量和质量的差异所致。通过计量分析,实证检验影响程度和变化趋势,并提出应加强沟通磋商,加快服务贸易结构调整,增强服务企业竞争力,完善服务贸易管理体系等措施,提升中国服务业和服务贸易整体竞争力,缩小中美服务贸易逆差。 At present,Chinese economy has entered into a new normal status,emphasizing the balanced de-velopment of foreign trade. The imbalance of Sino-US trade in service reflected in the scale and structure of trade results from the difference in the proportion of service industry in the economy and the difference of human capital quantity and the quality. Through empirical tests of influence degree and tendency,the paper puts forward the following suggestions:strengthening communication and negotiation,speeding up structure adjustment of service trade,enhancing competitiveness of service enterprises,improving measures and management system on service trade. By these approaches we can promote competitiveness of Chinese service industry and service trade and reduce the Sino-US service trade deficit.
