以就业为导向的会展专业教学体系优化研究——以广西财经学院为例

The Optimization Study for Undergraduate Teaching System Based on Employment-oriented MICE Major——Take Guangxi University of Finances and Economics as an Example

广西财经学院会展教育从2005年招收第一届本科学生以来,毕业的学生已经达到8届400多人。跟踪访谈毕业生在行业内发展遇到的实际困难,从中发现行业对专业学生需求的实际特征,进而找到高教与市场日益增加的需求的契合点。在此基础上,进一步明确办学定位,从平台、模块、师资、教学方法和继续教育等方面构建优化以就业为导向的教学新体系。

Since the MICE education program from Guangxi University of Finance and Economics started in 2005,the number of graduate students have reached over 400. Through tracking interviews of graduate students about the practical difficulties they met the study tries to find the actual characteristics of the industry demand for graduates,and then find a meeting point of higher education and the growing market demand. On this basis,the papertries to define how to develop the MICE education by constructing and optimizing an employment-oriented education system in terms of the new platform,module,teachers,teaching methods and continuing education.
