老字号历史传统与核心能力之辨——以宝翰轩为例

摘要 老字号企业有长时段、文化传统、地域特征、工艺技术和品牌五大组成要素,从文化的角度可以梳理出一条贯穿老字号组成五要素的线索,那就是文化传统,而历史文化传统这个组合概念及其实质内容构建了企业的核心能力。云南装裱业老字号企业宝翰轩以自身对传统工技艺和精神文化的坚守和创新的生存和发展方式证实了这一判断。 The time-honored brand enterprise has the following features such as long history, cultural tradition, regional characteristics,craftsmanship and brand. From the perspective of culture, we can work out a clue composed of five elements, and that is cultural tradition.The core competence of enterprise is made up of historical and cultural tradition. 'Bao Han Xuan', a time-honored enterprise specializing in picture mounting in Yunnan has survived and developed with its own craftsmanship and innovation of culture.
