底线思维在高校宣传思想工作中的运用研究

摘要 底线思维是治国理政的科学思维方式,它要求我们凡事寻找底线、守住底线并追求最好结果。底线思维有防守性、预设性和强反馈性等特征。底线思维对加强高校宣传思想工作有重要意义,这是由高校的特点、意识形态博弈的规律和意识形态领域的严峻形势等因素共同决定的。高校宣传思想工作运用底线思维,既要普遍树立原则意识,短板意识,创新意识,从底线出发进而争取最好结果;又要针对具体职能分工,对不同主体提出不同要求。 Bottom line thinking is a scientific thinking mode for state governance. It requires us to always seek bottom line, defend it and pursue the best possibility. Bottom line thinking concludes characteristics like defense, presupposition, intensive feedback, and it plays a significant role in strengthening the university propaganda and ideological work. This is co-determined by factors like the feature of university,game playing law of ideology, serious situation of ideological area. University propaganda and ideological work, using bottom line thinking,should widely establish principal consciousness, short board consciousness, and innovation consciousness, proceed from bottom line to strive for the best results; and also raise different requirement for different subjects according to the specific function distribution.
