n-3多不饱和脂肪酸与老年人认知功能相关性的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 n-3多不饱和脂肪酸是大脑构成中的主要结构脂肪,参与调控突触的形成和多种神经递质的传递过程,对维持正常的认知功能有着重要的作用。多项动物和人群实验均提示补充n-3多不饱和脂肪酸可能对老年人认识功能起到改善作用。以富含n-3多不饱和脂肪酸的食物或膳食补充剂开展的营养性介入疗法可能对预防老年人认知功能障碍的发生或改善阿尔茨海默症患者的认知功能起到积极的作用。
