定西市安定区马铃薯产业发展现状、对策和建议

Current Situation, Countermeasure and Suggestion for Development of Potato Industry in Anding District

定西市安定区独特的自然条件,孕育出丰富优质的马铃薯资源,是全国最适宜马铃薯种植的三大区域之一。经过二十多年马铃薯产业培育和发展,种植面积趋于稳定,产业体系基本健全,进入了良性循环的发展势头;但就如何继续将这一产业做大、做强、做精,如何进一步提升?针对目前的现状,进行认真分析研究,认为应该继续提高良种率、基地标准化建设水平,健全服务体系,扩大贮藏,提升精深加工和品牌知名度,这样才能不断推进马铃薯产业转型升级,才能使马铃薯产业不断健康持续发展。

Anding District has a rich resource of high-quality potatoes and is one of the three most suitable potato cultivation regions in China because of its unique natural conditions. After 20 years nurturing and development of the potato industry, the planting area had stabilized and industrial system was improved, and the development was in a virtuous circle. However, how to make the industry bigger, stronger and go further is stil a big problem. Based on the current situation and analysis, it is proposed that the level of standardization of a potato base and the certified seed potato rate should be continuously improved, service system should be perfected, storage should be expanded, deep processing should be enhanced, and the brand awareness should be increased in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the potato industry and make the potato industry health and sustainable development.
