摘要
针对某乘用车出现的怠速低频噪声现象进行了分析,确定该低频噪声是由燃油压力脉动导致的。对该乘用车的燃油系统进行了一维仿真分析,研究了不同容积的外置缓冲器和不同材料的连接管路对燃油压力脉动的影响,并设计了外置缓冲器与连接管路的优化方案。噪声测试结果表明,选用优化后的橡胶管与外置缓冲器可不同程度地降低车内噪声1.3~3.2dB(A)。
Analysis is made to a passenger car with low frequency noise at idle speed, it is found that this low- frequency noise is caused by fuel pressure pulsation. 1D simulation is made to fuel system of this passenger car, and the effect of externally-mounted dampers with different volume and connecting line with different materials on fuel pressure pulsation is studied, and an optimization solution for externally-mounted damper and rubber house are designed~ The optimized outside damper and rubber hose can decrease the exterior noise by 1.3 to 3.2 dB(A).
