瑞舒伐他汀与洛伐他汀治疗冠心病伴高脂血症患者疗效的对比研究

Study on Rosuvastatin and Lovastatin in Treatment of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Hyperlipidemia

目的：对比分析瑞舒伐他汀与洛伐他汀对冠心病伴高脂血症患者血脂及高敏C反应蛋白影响。方法：将96例冠心病伴高脂血症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均进行常规治疗，观察组（n=54）用瑞舒伐他汀；对照组（n=42）用洛伐他汀，两组疗程均为8周。分别于治疗前及治疗后测定血脂及高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平。治疗期间监测心肌酶和肝肾功能等，观察药物的安全性。结果：两组治疗前及治疗后4、8周总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。患者对药物均有良好的耐受性，无因不良反应退出观察者。结论：瑞舒伐他汀与洛伐他汀均能有效改善冠心病患者血脂水平、降低高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平，延迟或逆转动脉粥样硬化，但瑞舒伐他汀与洛伐他汀相比，在降脂及抑制炎症反应方面更具有优势，且安全、可靠，副作用少，值得在临床上推广应用。

OBJECTIVE： To study the curative effect of rosuvastatin and lovastatin on blood lipid and hypersensitive C reactive protein （hs- CRP） in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） and hyperlipidemia. METHODS： 96 patients diagnosed as CHD and hyperlipidemia were randomly devided into observation group and control group based on conventional theraphy. The observation group （ n = 54） received rosuvastatin and the control group （ n = 42） accepted lovastatin treatment. The treating course was 8 weeks for both groups. Blood - fat and hs - CRP were determined before and after treatment in different groups. Myocardial enzymes and the function of liver and renal were monitored during treatment. RESULTS ： There was significant statiscally difference in total cholesterol （ TC）, triacylglyerol （ TG）, low - density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL - C ）, high - density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C ） and hs - CRP before and after treatment. There was no any adverse reactions which would lead to the cease of the treatment. CON- CLUSIONS： Both rosuvastatin and lovastatin can effectively improve blood lipid level, reduce hs - CRP level and delay and reverse atherosclerotic progress. Rosuvastatin can lower lipid and reduce inflammation more effectively.
