摘要
随着信息化社会的高速发展,E-Learning培训已经成为诸多企业培训的首要选择。能否准确地评价企业E-Learning培训的效果关系到企业的长期人才发展战略。本文结合当前我国企业E-Learning培训现状,借鉴现有的研究成果,构建了企业E-Learning培训效果评价模型。利用德尔菲法形成效果评价指标体系,该指标体系包含一级指标3个、二级指标9个和三级指标22个,并进行了实证分析。利用层次分析法确定权重,使用模糊综合评价法对其效果进行评价。
With the rapid development of e-society, e-learning has become the first choice of corporate training. Timely and accurate assessment of corporate e-learning effect may impact on the long-term talent development strategy of the enterprises involved. Based on existing research in the field, and in light of the status quo of corporate e-training in China, this paper developed an evaluation model for corporate e-training. It also designed a corresponding index system with the Delphi method which consists of 3level-one indexes, 9 level-two indexes and 22 level-three indexes. The index system was then verified using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate weightings and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate corporate E-training outcomes.
