摘要
以大青杨原木为对象,研究不同电极数量时电阻层析成像技术检测原木小孔洞缺陷图像与实际缺陷的关系。结果表明:电阻层析成像技术可以作为检测原木内部小缺陷的一种有效手段;选用电极数量在8~24个之间时,电阻层析成像系统均能清楚地显示原木内部存在的缺陷,不同的电极数量对应不同的检测精确度和准确度;检测图像的精确度与电极数量呈明显的线性关系,准确度以图像拟合度和误差率表示,未处理检测图像的图像误差率与电极数量呈明显的线性关系,图像的拟合度与电极数量相关性也非常显著,统一极值后的图像准确度有所改善,电极数量分别为12,14,16和18时的图像拟合度和误差率较为适宜。
Populus ussuriensis Kom wood was used to research the relationship between imaging graph defects and real defects with different quantities of electrodes under electrical resistance tomography (ERT). The results showed that it is effective to apply ERT in the detection of internal defects in logs. When the quantity of electrodes was between 8 and 24,the detected image could clearly show the real defects. The detected image precision showed a linear relationship with the electrode quantity. Accuracy was demonstrated with image fitting degree and error rate. For the untreated detected images, linear relationship was found between image error rate and electrode quantity, while the relationship between image fitting degree and electrode quantity was also significantly correlated. The accuracy could be improved by image treatment. The image fitting degree and error rate were suitable when electrode quantity was 12,14,16 and 18 respectively.
