单板增强型集装箱底板的结构与性能 被引量:3

Structure design and properties of plywood with strengthened poplar veneer for container flooring

摘要 针对传统集装箱底板用材阿必东等热带硬木日益减少的现状,采用低分子量酚醛树脂浸渍杨木单板作为新型集装箱底板原料,制备了内增强、薄壳、均质3种结构的集装箱底板用胶合板,并对其物理力学性能进行测定,主要包括24 h吸水率、24 h吸水厚度膨胀率、静曲强度(MOR)、弹性模量(MOE)以及胶合强度。结果表明:均质结构集装箱底板用胶合板的24 h吸水厚度膨胀率及吸水率较小,尺寸稳定性较好;内增强结构集装箱底板用胶合板的弯曲性能较好,薄壳结构和均质结构集装箱底板用胶合板的MOR及MOE均较为接近;二次胶接界面处的胶合强度大小顺序依次为均质结构芯层、薄壳结构芯层、内增强结构芯层、薄壳及内增强结构表层、均质结构表层。 Poplar veneer impregnated with low molecular phenol formaldehyde was proposed as an alternative to Apitong to prepare container flooring plywood. Three different plywood structures including inner strengthened, thin shell and homogeneous were designed. The physical and mechanical properties of plywood were tested including 24 h water absorption (WA) and thickness swelling (TS) , modulus of rapture (MOR) , modulus of elastieity( MOE ) and bonding strength. The results showed that the 24 h TS and WA of the homogeneous structure plywood was relatively low, indicating good dimensional stability. The inner strengthened structure plywood was the best in terms of bending properties. The MOR and MOE of thin shell structure and homogeneous structure plywood were close to each other. The sequence of bonding strength of the secondary bonding interface was as follows : Core interface of homogeneous structure, core interface of thin shell structure, core interface of inner strengthened structure, surface interface of thin shell and inner strengthened structure, surface interface of homogeneous structure.
