生活事件、人格特质与大学生心理健康的关系研究——基于广西某理工高校大学生的调查

Research on the Relationship between Life Events, Personality Traits and Mental Health of University Students—Based on the survey of the students from a university of technology in Guangxi

采用问卷形式对725名理工高校大学生进行了调查,结果显示,就生活事件的发生率来看,人际关系、学习压力是大学生遭遇的最主要生活事件;2014年调查的大学生心理健康状况要好于2008年的大学生常模;生活事件中的绝大部分因子均与心理健康各因子及总分呈显著正相关;生活事件量表中的各因子和心理健康各因子与人格内外倾性(E)、掩饰性(L)显著负相关,生活事件量表中的各因子和心理健康各因子与情绪性(N)、精神质(P)显著正相关。

This study makes a questionnaire survey of 725 polytechnic university students. The results show that in the context of the incidence rate of life events, relationships and academic pressure are the most important life events encountered by university students. The mental health of the students in this survey is better than that of the students in 2008; the vast majority of life events have a significant positive factors associated with mental health and total scores;all factors and mental health factors are significantly negatively correlated with personality factors of both inside and outside of each propensity （E ）, concealing （L）;all factors and mental health factors are significantly positive correlated with emotional factors （N）, psychoticism（P）.
