微课是"微"概念在互联网领域发展的一个新兴事物,微课能很好地解决网络教学、自主学习、移动学习中的一些问题。文章在总结和回顾微课的发展历程、微课的定义和特点的基础上,提出应用微课的设计和资源来制作训练平台,以便对师范生的教师职业技能进行训练。

Micro-class is a new thing in the development of the micro concept in the field of the Internet. Micro-class can solve some problems in net-based teaching, autonomous learning and mobile learning. Based on the summary and review of the development, the definition and characteristics of micro-class, this paper puts forward the application of the design of the micro-class and the net resources to establish the training platform to train the normal college students＇ teaching professional skills.
