通过对连铸工艺生产LZ50车轴坯技术条件的分析,科学设计化学成分及对主要流程进行严格管控与优化,使连铸工艺生产的LZ50轴坯质量指标超过采用模铸工艺生产的轴坯,同时,成本优势得到进一步体现。
Through the analysis of the technical conditions of LZ50,and the scientific design of chemical composition and the strict control and optimization of the main process,the quality of LZ50 axis by continuous casting is more than by mode production.
