摘要
通过对轴承钢GCr15矩形坯280mm×360mm连铸生产中实施动态轻压下技术,极大地改善了连铸坯的内部质量。中心碳偏析指数从未轻压下的≥1.08降至0.97~1.05范围内,中心疏松从未轻压下的2~4级降至≤1.5级。
Through adopting dynamic soft reduction technology for continuous casting of bearing steel GCr15 280 mm＊ 360 mm rectangular slab in continous casting production,the inner quality of casting billet has been greatly improved. Center carbon segregation index decreases from ≥1. 08 with no light reduction to1. 08 to 0. 97- 1. 08 range,and center looseness decreases form 2- 4 with no light reduction to 1. 5 or less.
