摘要
针对广州某两栋联体无地下室的高层住宅楼的沉降发展过程,结合邻近基坑施工过程和地下室受水淹后的上浮特点,以及该住宅楼地基基础和结构施工的加载过程,对建筑物的沉降特点进行分析,并验算桩基的承载力,判断该住宅楼的安全稳定性,并提出地基基础的补强加固措施。
Aiming to the settlement development process of two conjoined high-rise duplex residential building without the basement in Guangzhou, the paper analyzes the building settlement characteristics, combining with adjacent foundation pit construction process and the basement separation characteristics after flooded, and the loading process of this residential building foundation and structure construction. The bearing capacity of the pile foundation is checked. The residential building safety stability is judged, and the foundation strengthening measures are put forward.
