电针足三里穴对失血性休克大鼠肾组织功能及脂质过氧化的影响

摘要 目的研究电针足三里穴对失血性休克大鼠肾组织功能及脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法取40只SD雄性大鼠按全血容量的40%放血制成失血性休克模型。随机分为四组,电针足三里组(EA组)、电针非经非穴组(SEA组)、液体复苏组(FR组)、模型对照组(MC组),每组10只。FR组于失血后10min静脉输入3倍失血量的乳酸林格液。EA组于失血后10min电针足三里穴(持续刺激25min,4Hz,4V);SEA组电针非经非穴部位,其他操作同EA组。MC组制成失血性休克模型后不做任何处理。于失血后3、6h采血测定血浆肌酐(Cr)含量,并检测肾组织血流量(KBF),后处死动物取肾组织测定丙二醛(MDA)含量及组织含水率(WG)。结果失血性休克后3h和6h,EA组Cr含量显著低于SEA组和MC组,KBF显著高于SEA组和MC组(P〈0.05);失血性休克后6h,EA组肾组织MDA含量及WG显著低于SEA组和MC组,以上三组均显著高于FR组(P〈0.05)。结论电针足三里能够一定程度上改善失血性休克大鼠肾组织缺血,减轻过氧化和组织水肿。 Objective To investigate the effects of electro - acupuncture of Zusanli points on ischemia injury in kidney after hemorrhagic shock in rats. Methods Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups (n = 10) : electro - cupuncturc Zusanli points group (EA), sham electro - acupuncture group (SEA), fluid resuscitation (FR) and model control group (MC). Fluid replacement was performed in Group of FR 10 minutes after blood loss. Bilateral Zusanli points ( ST36 ) were electro- acupunctured with constant voltage (4 Hz, 4 V) for 25 min approximately 10 min after blood loss, while no - acupoint control, points was conducted in SEA group, there was nothing to do after blood loss in MC group. The kidney blood flow (KBF) and creatinine (Cr) were measured 3 h and 6 h after hemorrhage. The rat6 of tissue water content (WG) and malondiatdehyde (MDA) 6 h after hemorrhage were also determined. Results 3 h and 6 h after blood loss, blood Cr levels of EA group were significant lower than those of SEA and MC group; the KBF of EA was significant higher than those of SEA and MC ( all P 〈 0. 05 ) ; MDA and WG of EA group in kidney were significant lower than those of SEA and MC group ( all P 〈 O. 05 ) 6 h after blood loss. Conclusion The results suggested that electro - acupuncture of Zusanli points alleviate kidney ischemia injury in rats after hemorrhagic shock.
