异步电机的数字式变频调速系统设计与仿真(英文) 被引量:4

摘要 在交流调速当中,变压变频调速占有重要地位,是异步电机调速系统中性能最好、效率最高的调速方式。该系统采用16位单片机80C196KC为控制核心,以三相PWM发生器SA4828产生SPWM控制信号,使用IGBT为功率开关器件,采用专用集成驱动芯片IR2130作为驱动环节,实现恒定V/F控制。同时,此系统具有完备的温度、电流、电压保护功能。通过仿真进一步验证了该系统的可行性。 Variable voltage variable frequency speed regulation system has the best performance and the highest efficiency in common speed regulation system for asynchronous motor in the current practice. This system which uses 16 monolithic integrated circuit 80C196 KC as the control core,also produces the SPWM signal controled by three-phase PWM generator SA4828 plus. By using IGBT as the power switch component and the specific integrated driver chip IR2130 as the actuate link,it achieves the constant V /F control. In addition,this system has complete temperature,current and voltage protection,and the simulations further confirmed the feasibility of the system.
