悬灸配合超短波治疗膝骨性关节炎60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Suspended Moxibustion Combined with Ultrashort Wave for Treating 60 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察悬灸配合超短波治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将120例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用悬灸配合超短波治疗,每周5次;对照组采用口服氨基葡萄糖(奥泰灵)片治疗,每天2次,每次750 mg。两组连续治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效和治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分及Lysholm膝关节评分变化。结果治疗组60例治愈15例占25.00%,好转39例占65.00%,无效6例占10.00%,总有效率90.00%;对照组60例治愈9例占15.00%,好转33例占55.00%,无效18例占30.00%,总有效率70.00%。两组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Lysholm膝关节评分均较治疗前明显提高,VAS评分均明显降低(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后Lysholm膝关节评分较对照组提高,而VAS评分降低(P<0.05)。结论悬灸配合超短波治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效好,关节疼痛明显减轻,活动功能好转。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of suspended moxibustion combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Totally 120 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 60 cases in each. The treatment group adopted suspended moxibustion combined with ultrashort wave for treatment,5 times every week; The control group was given hydrochloride pills for treatment,750 mg each time,twice per day. Both groups were treated continuously for 4weeks. Clinical curative effects and changes of visual analogue scale（ VAS） scores and Lysholm knee score scale of patients were observed in two groups before and after treatment. Results Among 60 cases in the treatment group,there were 15 cases cured accounting for 25. 00%,39 cases improved accounting for 65. 00%,and 6 cases void accounting for 10. 00%,with total effective rate of 90. 00%; While in 60 cases in the control group there were 9 cases cured accounting for 15. 00%,33 cases improved accounting for 55. 00%,and 18 cases void accounting for30. 00%,with total effective rate of 70. 00%. The clinical curative effects in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment Lysholm knee score scale of patients in both groups remarkably increased compared with that before treatment,while VAS scores remarkably decreased in both groups（ P〈0. 01）,especially in the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of suspended moxibustion combined with ultrashort wave for treating knee osteoarthritis is good,with the results that the joint pain remarkably relieved,and movement function improved.
