下腔静脉畸形引流至奇静脉成功行射频消融术1例

Successful radiofrequency catheter ablation for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia associated with drainage to the odd vein of inferior vena cava:report of one case

1病例资料患者,女,56岁,因心慌30余年,加重2年入院。患者诉于20余岁时始反复出现心慌不适,平均1年发作2次,具突发突止特点,持续2~3min可自行缓解,发作时无伴随症状,未予重视,近2年发作较前频繁,平均2~3个月1次,持续时间长可超过1h,发作时伴头晕,遂入院。体检：生命体征平稳,心肺体检无异常。实验室检查：三大常规、肝肾功能、凝血功能、电解质均无异常,胸片无异常。

The patient suffered from recurrent palpitate for more than 30 years with sudden start and stop.She was diagnosed as having atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia with anomalous inferior vena cava in radiofrequency catheter ablation.We chose an alternative ablation catheter electrode and performed electrode catheter ablation through the subclavian vein.So the success of the surgery was ensured.
