国内外姑息药学关怀研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of studies on palliative pharmacy care at home and abroad

目的:通过对国内外姑息药学关怀的研究现状分析,为我国姑息药学关怀的进一步发展提供参考和依据。方法:以"姑息药学关怀"、"药学服务"等为关键词,检索万方和EBSCO数据库中2000年至2014年有关姑息药学关怀的文献,并对文献整理、分析。结果:共检索到2 594篇与姑息药学关怀有关的文献,多数来自于欧美等发达国家,文章研究的关注点主要集中于癌症患者及老年病患者,这些文献大多源于学术理论期刊。结论:姑息药学关怀在国外已广泛应用于实际,但我国发展相对落后,还需借鉴国外的先进经验。

OBJECTIVE To provide a reference and foundation for advanced development of our Chinese palliative pharmacy care by analyzing current researches on palliative pharmacy care at home. METHODS Literatures were retrieved for palliative pharmacy care from 2000 to 2014 in key words of ＂ palliative pharmacy care＂ or ＂ pharmacy service＂,and collation. RESULTS A total of 2 594 articles associated with palliative pharmacy care were retrieved,most of which were from Europe and other developed countries. Study subjects of articles were mainly cancer patients and elderly patients,most of whom were from academic journals. CONCLUSION Palliative pharmacy care has been widely used in clinical practice at abroad. However,its development in our country is relatively lagging,and we should learn from the advanced experience at abroad.
