摘要
为研究渗透型防水材料对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,对分别经过涂刷水性渗透型无机防水剂、浸润水性渗透型无机防水剂、涂刷水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料处理及未经防水材料处理的基准混凝土试件进行了快速氯离子扩散性能试验。采用NEL法测试上述4种试件的氯离子扩散系数。试验结果表明,水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的效果比水性渗透型无机防水剂更佳。通过扫描电镜微观观察证实了防水材料的渗透结晶效果。
This paper presents an experimental study to evaluate the effects-of capillary crystalline waterproofing material on the resistance of concrete to chloride ion penetration. Two different capillary crystallize waterproofing were applied and through two different treatments as coating and soaking: cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing and water-based capillary inorganic wa- terproofing. NEL test method is used to test the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of the above four kinds of specimens. Results show that the effect of cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing on the resistance of concrete to chloride ion penetration is better than water-based capillary inorganic waterproofing. SEM images testify the results.
