摘要 说明问卷的设计及数据采集过程;采用探索性及验证性因子分析法设计企业生态化技术创新的评价指标体系,得到4个公共因子,对其命名为生态环境、企业生态化水平及社会对生态化产品认可度、生态化技术创新条件、社会效益;用路径分析法分析因子之间的关系,研究发现企业生态化技术创新条件对其他3个因子均有正向影响,因此应提高生态化技术创新条件;最后根据分析结果提出提高生态化技术的对策。 This paper first elaborates the process of questionnaire design and data collection. Second, index system of en- terprise ecological technology innovation is constructed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis with four common factors named as ecological environment, enterprise ecological level and the social recognition of ecological products, conditions of ecological technology innovation, and social benefits. Again, by path analysis the relationship of the four common factors is analyzed. The study shows that the enterprise should pay attention to the improvement of the conditions of ecological technology innovation, namely increasing ecological technology innovation investment, and improving the efficiency of input and output at the same time because it affects the other three factors positively as the basis of enterprise ecological maintenance and development. Finally, measures to improve the ability of enterprise ecological technology innovation are put forward according to the results.
